I possess over 12 years experience in Destin's real estate and vacation rental management industry both as a licensed Community Association Manager and as a Licensed Real Estate Assistant.

Closing Details; from the time we secure an offer until the day the seller receives the proceeds I make sure that all details of the contract are met. In doing this I routinely save our clients thousands of dollars. It is my job to spare you time and the headaches that can arise when closing on your property. This requires me to maintain constant contact with lenders, inspectors, title agents, insurance agents, property appraisers, surveyors, and repair men. Through our years of experience we have learned how to avoid the closing pitfalls ensuring you a seamless delay free closing.

The Eimers Group Business Model; from the beginning was based on the role technology & the internet would play in the real estate business. Today every aspect of our business is tied to technology. Closings are also tied to technology and over the next few years & months will continue to improve our clients involvement in the process. From internet closing status reports, to automated clients' property status updates sent via e-mail or regular mail, to constantly checking with title companies, I make sure that everything we do gets done on time and that nothing slips through the cracks.
